Making a Difference is a programme designed to help 1000s of people into work through offering free information, advice, and guidance.
We’re a team of friendly and professional employment experts, dedicated to supporting people into employment, no matter where they are in their job search journey.
We aim to transform lives through offering bespoke, tailored employability advice and guidance to unemployed adults in the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) in South England, the North East LEP and the Leeds City Region LEP.
Our Employment Coaches are qualified or studying to qualify as Level Four Information, Advice and Guidance practitioners and are members of the Institute of Employability Professionals.
We’ve helped over nearly 2,500 participants progress into work, training, and education, or to become job search ready and are proud of our stories which demonstrate the difference we can make.
Our funding
Making a Difference is match funded by the European Social Fund and Education Development Trust. Education Development Trust is an international not-for-profit organisation working to improve employability, careers and education outcomes around the world.
